Jing Zhang is a Faculty Fellow at the NYU Center for Robotics and Embodied Intelligence (CREO). Her research develops evolving embodied intelligence by integrating perception, imagination, reasoning, action, and feedback across physical and digital worlds. Her work spans embodied urban navigation, robotic manipulation, 3D computer vision, and artificial intelligence for archaeology.

Before joining CREO as a Faculty Fellow, Jing was a postdoctoral researcher with the AI4CE Lab and the Anthrotopography Lab at NYU. She received her Ph.D. in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing from Wuhan University in 2023 and was selected as an MIT EECS Rising Star in 2025.
